Yes! SILIICE is a worldwide supplier that provides free shipping services to the United States, Canada, Mexico, most European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Other countries and regions may require additional shipping costs, please contact us to quote.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

In-Stock Jewelry Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days.

Custom Jewelry Orders will be completed within 7-14 business days.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Standard Shipping by USPS is free and takes 7-10 business days;

Rush Shipping by UPS/FEDEX/DHL + $25 and takes 4-5 business days.

ABOUT RETURN

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unsatisfied with your order, Siliice accept non-custom items to be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email to support@siliice.com

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • Engravings, photos, names, initials and other personalized items are FINAL SALE  and non-refundable. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount. Please contact us for package return address.
All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
